My in-laws have been at Bethel for over 9 months now. The transition of leaving their home and moving to Bethel was difficult for all. The caregivers, housekeepers, med techs, kitchen staff, maintenance and others have gone above and beyond to make my in-laws as comfortable as they can. There has always been an open door policy with management. They have always been willing to listen with genuine concern to EVERY problem that we have had and have handled all of these concerns with compassion and swiftness. I have only wanted what was best for my in-laws and I know at times I was very demanding but everyone has been patient, helpful and very friendly. There is a real feeling of family with everyone at Bethel. I know we made the right choice in moving my in-laws to Bethel and I am very thankful to all that work there. Thank you.
