If you are going north on 99, take the Mitchell exit and turn right (east). Follow this road (it will turn into El Vista after you cross Highway 132) until you reach Scenic Drive. Turn right on Scenic. Bethel is located approximately 100 yards on your left.

If you are going south on 99, take the Briggsmore exit and turn left (east). Follow this road until you reach Oakdale. Turn right on Oakdale until you reach Scenic Drive. Turn left on Scenic. Bethel is located approximately 100 yards on your left.
